When couples have the tools—and the confidence to use them—they are more likely to stay connected, communicate effectively, and build a stable foundation for their family to grow and thrive. Otherwise, the stresses of parenthood can leave even the strongest couples feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. Investing in your relationship now ensures a foundation of love, stability, and security for your child.
Research shows that early emotional connection positively impacts children’s school readiness, social development, and long-term emotional and physical health (Cowan & Cowan, 1995; Gottman, 1999; Waite & Gallagher, 2000).

CARE is designed to support couples—any two people who will be co-parenting together, regardless of marital status or relationship type. However, we understand that parenting comes in many forms. If you're a single parent, you're welcome to participate with a trusted support person—such as a friend, family member, or co-parent—who will be actively involved in your parenting journey. Our goal is to provide tools and insights that strengthen the caregiving team surrounding your child.

CARE’s Bringing Baby Home courses are thoughtfully designed to foster a focused and supportive environment for couples. We want you and your partner to fully engage with each other, free from distractions. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare during class sessions.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you encounter a circumstance where bringing your baby (0–3 months) is unavoidable, please reach out to us in advance. We'll work with you to find the best possible solution that respects both your needs and the experience of all participants.
For those interested in parent-child learning opportunities, we offer additional programs tailored to various stages of child development, providing support and connection for you and your child together.

CARE offers courses that continue to support couples through every stage of their children’s development—from the toddler and preschool years to elementary school and even into young adulthood. These programs help couples maintain a strong, connected relationship, providing practical tools and guidance for navigating challenges and celebrating successes together.
